Program Structure

Our accelerator is a focused, two-month journey designed to turn your food and agriculture vision into a scalable business. The program is structured into two distinct phases, with a clear focus on actionable steps and peer-to-peer learning through our weekly live sessions.

Month 2

Scale & Fundraising

The second month is dedicated to preparing you for your next major milestone: securing investment and scaling your business.

Week 5: Pitch Deck Development

Work with our team in a live session to craft a powerful, investor-ready pitch deck that highlights your traction, team, and market opportunity.

Week 6: Fundraising Strategy

Learn the art of fundraising. This session will cover identifying the right investors and managing due diligence, with insights from our network of angel investors and venture capitalists.

Week 7: Pitch Practice

A dedicated session with our experts to practice and refine your pitch, giving you the confidence and feedback you need to succeed.

Week 8: Demo Day Showcase

The culmination of your journey. Showcase your venture to a curated audience of investors, partners, and media. Please note that only selected startups will be invited to participate in the final Demo Day pitch event.

Month 1

Foundation & Execution

The first month is all about building and validating your core business. You will participate in a series of weekly sessions and workshops to rapidly develop and refine your venture.

Week 1: Problem-Solution Fit

Focus on solidifying your business foundation. We will ensure your idea addresses a real market need by focusing on customer discovery and value proposition design.

Week 2: Product Development

Shift from strategy to execution. Our session will guide you in building a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or prototype, helping you overcome technical hurdles.

Week 3: Go-to-Market Strategy

Develop a detailed plan for customer acquisition, sales, and partnerships. We'll help you identify your first pilot customers and lay the groundwork for a successful launch.

Week 4: Market & Regulatory Access

Our final session this month provides essential insights into navigating the complex regulatory landscapes of the food and agriculture sectors.
